In the world of vacation rentals, standing still is not an option. At House2Play, we’ve always looked for ways to make hosting more rewarding, for both guests and property owners. That’s why we’re excited to announce a major step forward in how we serve both.
This season, we’re expanding our technology operations—not to leave behind our roots, but to build on them. We’ve spent years learning what works and what breaks in this industry, and we’re now applying those lessons to help other hosts thrive.
Our first move? Launching a pilot program for something we believe will reshape the way guests experience short-term rentals.
Starting soon, House2Play guests will receive digital rewards automatically upon check-in. These rewards are part of Project Redemption, a new loyalty and engagement platform we’ve been developing behind the scenes.
Guests will be able to use these rewards for meaningful perks: discounts on future stays, potential upgrades like late checkout, and exclusive offers with local partners. It’s simple, seamless, and built to make great stays even better.
This pilot isn’t just about adding value for guests. It’s a way for us to test and refine tools that we believe can help other hosts offer the same kind of elevated, repeatable experience without relying entirely on big platforms. From loyalty to referrals, the way we engage guests is changing, and we’re building the tools to lead that change.
